• All appointments require a credit card on file and 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • A failure to show without notice (“no-show”) or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original service price.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than a full 24 hours will be charged 50% of the original service price.

  • If an appointment is missed, it is not Skindustry’s responsibility to contact the client – cancellation fees will apply.

Skindustry offers exchanges on products that are defective, or there is an allergic reaction 24-48 hours after your visit. If the product is unopened, we will gladly exchange up to 2 days after purchasing.
